A little history:

When I quit my 9-5, I didn't really have a plan. I was just so burned out (again) and at my wit's end that I impulsively made the decision to get out now and figure it out later. I gave myself a few weeks to decompress and self-reflect, and then I started digging into burnout research and what it would take to stop repeating my pattern of burning out in every role I've ever held. I kept falling into careers I didn't care about just because someone told me I should, but once I reconnected with who I really am and what actually makes me happy, my life changed. I always knew deep down what my soul was calling me to do (support others), but I was too caught up in hustle culture to do the inner work and truly bet on myself.

Have you heard the saying "you don't know what you don't know"? Well via coaching I was being asked questions that I'd never asked myself before, and that was helping me to unlock new levels of growth that I didn't realize were possible. Outside of those powerful conversations, I was thinking about the things you'll think about in this program. It felt so good to finally be working on everything that had been lingering in the back of my head for probably my entire life, but now with a new lens where I was also encouraged to be myself.

My hope with this program is to help as many people as I can to reconnect with themselves and gain the same level of happiness and inner peace that I've worked so hard to achieve. No more "shoulds."

What's Included:

Build A Balanced Life Self-Assessment. This assessment is designed to help you pinpoint where your energy and focus are going. You'll explore 10 categories: body, home, growth, mind, money, play, rest, social, time, and work. You have lifelong access so that you can return for self-maintenance for as long as you'd like.


1:1 Coaching. You and I will schedule weekly 45-min coaching sessions. I also provide unlimited support whenever you need it between calls via text or email. Whether you want to share a quick win or insight with me, or jam on an unexpected obstacle, I'm there for you.


Personalized Outcomes. You will set realistic and meaningful goals that are fully aligned with who you are. Your strengths, values, beliefs, desires, lifestyle, priorities, and personality will all be considered. Once you are building systems that work with who you are, instead of trying to change yourself to fit someone else's plan, balance gets easier.

I require a 3-month minimum commitment, but we can discuss your specific needs during our intro call if you feel you may want to work together for a longer period of time.

You will be aware of how you allocate your focus and energy, as well as how you want to allocate your focus and energy. With that awareness and some self-exploration, you will build personal systems that give you more inner peace and a more balanced life.

$750/month for a minimum of 3 months.

You receive lifelong access to the self-assessment, weekly 45-min 1:1 coaching sessions, and unlimited support via text or email between sessions.

On our first call, we will discuss the results of your Build A Balanced Life Self-Assessment, and your experience with filling it out so that we can begin building more balance into your life immediately.
