1:1 Coaching. You will receive 2 hours of coaching per month, scheduled weekly (30 mins) or biweekly (60 mins) depending on your needs. You bring the topic of conversation, I bring the powerful questioning that pulls you to think outside the box and find the answers you need to take action.

Unlimited Support. I also provide unlimited support whenever you need it between our coaching sessions via text or email. Whether you want to share a quick win or insight with me, or jam on an unexpected obstacle, I'm there for you.

Personalized Outcomes. You will set realistic and meaningful goals that are fully aligned with who you are. Your strengths, values, beliefs, desires, lifestyle, priorities, and personality will all be considered. Once you are building systems that work with who you are, instead of trying to change yourself to fit someone else's plan, success comes more naturally.

At it's core, coaching is a conversation that helps you think about life from new perspectives, to explore what's possible, and support you in discovering a path toward your goals that feels good to you.

Simply put, a coach is focused on your goals and your development, while a therapist is focused on your past and healing. I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental disorders, nor am I qualified to help you heal from traumatic experiences.

Every coaching session is a conversation entirely focused on you. First we will get clear on what our focus for the session is. Then we will dive deeper into the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Lastly, we will create an action plan for you to tackle after our call ends.

There is a 3-month minimum commitment with the option to extend in 3-month increments.
